Celebrate summertime with a dirty competition at the Paso Robles California Mud Run and Music Festival, taking place at Ravine Waterpark on Saturday, September 14. Featuring a 5K mud run with over a dozen obstacles, this exciting race will host several heats throughout the day. You’ll also find a shorter mud obstacle course for kids, as well as the 805 Run – a race that includes several stops for alcoholic refreshment throughout the course. The waterpark is open all day for wild wet fun and cooling off. What’s more, this mud run also features live music throughout the waterpark, five bands in all: Gypsy All Stars, Nitely Ire, The Kicks, Hawaiian Medley and Cali Connection. You can compete in the mud race as an individual or team, or just kick back and watch the fun from your comfortable lounge chair in the shade. The Paso Robles Mud Run and Music Festival also features beer and wine gardens, barbeque treats and family-friendly activities all day long.
Racing will take place throughout the day, and the waterpark will be open from 8AM to 5PM for this event. Ravine Waterpark in Paso Robles is located at 2301 Airport Road, and you can register for the race and buy spectator tickets online. Tickets for competitors cost $70 for adults and $35 for kids, and those prices include a race medal and waterpark admission. Spectator tickets are $30, and private cabana rentals are also available for the Mud Run for $200 each, and this price includes 8 barbeque tickets, 16 beer or wine tickets, all-day service and VIP parking.
